Cathy Tann’s passion for beauty and make-up is innate. Before she even knew her A-B-C’s, Cathy was always caught rummaging through her older sister’s make-up, playing with brushes, and putting on lipstick.

Her love for make-up grew as she began flipping through the pages of Vogue and Allure, carefully paying attention to the techniques and styles of the creative make-up artists who lent their talents to these fashion magazines. She knew she also wanted her work, and vision, to appear within the pages of these magazines.

To make these aspirations come to fruition, Cathy decided to hone her skills at renowned Makeup-Designory in Burbank, California. At MUD, Cathy tried her hand at a variety of make-up techniques, including beauty, airbrush, and avant garde.

In recent years, Cathy has showcased her artistic hand for films, countless weddings, runway shows, lookbooks, and more. 

Cathy’s charismatic personality and creative spunk has helped her emerge into one of Southern California’s fresh new talents.
